CMJAY Housing Scheme Eligibility Criteria

The applicant must be a permanent resident of Rajasthan.

The applicant should belong to the Economically Weaker Section (EWS) or Low-Income Group (LIG) category.

The applicant or their spouse must not own any pucca (permanent) house anywhere in Rajasthan or in any part of India.

The annual family income must be within the limits prescribed by the government.

The applicant must be at least 18 years of age.

The applicant should not have availed benefits from any other government housing scheme earlier.

Only one application per family is allowed under the scheme.
