Namo Bharat Train from Delhi to Alwar: Latest Update

The Cabinet has approved the Namo Bharat train from Sarai Kale Khan in Delhi to Alwar. This will bring major benefits to nearly six cities and towns located between these two cities. Not only this, a significant boom is also expected in the property market of Alwar and the surrounding areas. Once this project is completed, the prices of houses and shops in these regions are expected to rise sharply.

The Cabinet has approved the operation of the Namo Bharat train between Sarai Kale Khan in Delhi and the city of Alwar in Rajasthan. In the first phase, the track will be laid from Delhi to Bawal in Rewari via Gurugram. After that, it is planned to extend the line up to Alwar. With this, the distance of more than 100 kilometers is expected to be covered in just 40 minutes. Following this approval, the fortunes of nearly six cities and towns located between Delhi and Alwar are set to improve, with a sharp rise expected in property and land prices in these areas.

To provide excellent connectivity across Haryana, Delhi, and the entire NCR, the routes of metro services along with rapid metro and Namo Bharat trains are being expanded. Under this initiative, a detailed project report has already been prepared for the Namo Bharat train running from Delhi to Alwar, and only the completion of formalities by the finance department remains.

There are around six major cities and towns located between Delhi and Alwar, along with a significant number of smaller towns and villages. Beyond Rewari, areas of Rajasthan begin where people are expected to gain major convenience from the Namo Bharat corridor, as these regions currently do not have metro or rapid metro facilities. With the development of the Namo Bharat corridor, these areas will now get direct connectivity to NCR cities.

This corridor will benefit not only an advanced and major city like Gurugram, but also industrial hubs such as Manesar, Bhiwadi, Rewari, Neemrana, and Behror. In addition, smaller towns such as Mandawar, Kot Kasim, Kishangarh Bas, and Laxmangarh will also witness new momentum in development.

Real estate analyst, says that whenever a government scheme or project is introduced, development of the area is inevitable. New projects not only provide facilities to people but also strengthen the surrounding infrastructure. As infrastructure improves, land prices in the area also increase. Looking at several such past projects, it is evident that wherever major projects like metro lines, expressways, Namo Bharat, or rapid metro have reached in Delhi-NCR cities, land prices have increased significantly along with rapid growth in other facilities.

In such a scenario, this project reaching Alwar will benefit the areas located between Delhi and Alwar. Those who invest in these areas at this stage are expected to gain substantial returns in the coming years. The expansion of NCR is now moving in this direction, making these regions strong investment opportunities. Especially, purchasing plots or large parcels of land here could prove to be a profitable deal.
